RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Unconditional return of products within 7 days (all return costs will be at buyers’ expense)
  • Goods must be returned to us in original wrapping and saleable condition and we reserve the right to make reasonable deductions from the amount refunded to you if there are signs of wear and/or damage to the goods.
  • Any order for custom made products may not be cancelled by you, either before or after delivery. We have no obligation to take back these goods, though may do so with the incurrence of a 30% restocking fee. This is entirely at our discretion.
  • It is important that the buyer inspects the goods within 24 hours. Damages must be notified upon receipt of goods as any damage. Faulty claims or refunds claims after 7 days of delivery will be treated as a warranty claim and, the customer will bear the delivery costs incurred in the claim process.
